Covington Rectangle Geometric Handmade Hand-Loomed Indoor Area Rug in Gray/Ivory/Tan

The carpet itself is terrific - beautiful, nice thickness, and expensive looking. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is the fact that the carpet was rolled so tight that the inside rolling portion is still lifting after a couple of weeks even though we have placed weight on that edge. However, I have no doubt that this issue will eventually go away.

I was very excited to finally order this rug for my new family room after admiring it for months. It really is a beautiful piece and I love the unique combination of neutral colors. It goes well with my modern farmhouse style. With that said, there weren’t many reviews when I purchased it so I knew I was taking a gamble. One of the few existing reviews did mention that it was easily pulled by pet paws and I do see that being an issue down the road. It actually came with several loose spots (examples included in photos). It doesn’t take away from the look, but does make me nervous regarding how it will hold up in our family room. I was able to manipulate some of the loose threads to make them less noticeable. It survived the first day of cat and toddler usage, but only time will tell if it was truly worth the money.

This rug is beautiful. I'm trying to bring a Wabi Sabi energy into my space, with lots of textures and neutrals to create a welcoming home. This rug is perfect for that. It goes really nicely with my olive green leather couch and white walls. I live in an alcove studio and am doing the sleeping area all white and gray, and the "living room" area gray, olive, and linen. This rug bridges the difference between gray and linen colors perfectly. I am actually going to also get it in a bigger size as well.

The colors in person are even better than on screen. The rug is soft and lays flat. However, I have found that it snags easily, gets "fuzzy" it traffic areas, and errors on the small size (quite a few inches short of an actual 8' x 10' rug). Overall, the colors and added texture make it a keeper.
