What Customers are Saying

Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and high quality, noting its thick and durable construction. The color is generally well-received and accurately depicted, and the texture is described as pleasant and soft underfoot. However, some users found the thickness to be an issue, causing doors to catch, and a few mentioned that the weave can snag or be difficult to keep clean due to dirt embedding within it.

Very disappointed in this rug. We’ve only had it for two months, it was over $900 for the size, and there are a bunch of pulls and loops that have come undone.

This rug works nicely with our distressed family floor. It is very thick with a nubby texture. I did not notice any odor. It arrived well packed, and unrolled flat. I bought the runner for a high traffic area.

I love the weave and the heavier appearance of this jute rug. The color is a little more grey and a shade or two darker than I expected - but, I like the difference. Like other reviews have shared, it sheds - not fibers, but some dirt. Still ... I love it and it feels very nice under foot.
