This rug is just as pictured and so beautiful. It is thick and soft. I could not be more pleased. The price on this rug is excellent. I spent 5 times this on a wool rug from a rug gallery and it has not lasted and is not soft.

The rug, I never fully unwrapped the package. I looked at one corner, felt how cheaply this was made, looked at how your company shipped a $1000 rug, folded in half at least 4 times, the creases would have never relaxed due to the way it was folded and the stiff, cheap backing. You should never ship a rug that size, folded the way your company folded this! Especially because of the cost. Never again will I even browse your site.

Very nice quality for a machine-loomed polyester rug, and very pretty subtle colors. The rug is soft and has subtle variations in the coloring. Looks much more expensive than it was!
