Rectangle Harwich Wool Area Rug with Non-Slip Backing

Don't purchase this rug. It has an unbearably strong chemical smell that I believe comes from the type of latex backing used to secure the wool to the back. Lots of low quality wool rugs have this issue and this one is definitely that. DO NOT BUY.

I received a product that clearly showed signs of prior use. The overwhelming chemical smell was so strong that I had to roll it back up immediately after opening it. The rug was covered in excessive pilling and loose threads, had a faded color, and was extremely heavy—everything about it was of such poor quality that it might as well be thrown away. I contacted customer service for a return, but they were incredibly rude and told me I had to pay for return shipping. I agreed to do so, but they then required me to send photos as proof, which I did. It has now been over four days, and I have yet to receive a response. I have never encountered a company that makes returns this difficult.

This rug is absolutely perfection! Goes with anything anywhere! The scalloped design is so in today’s home. Cleans up very nice too!

Really excited about this rug! Looks and feels high quality, and arrived fast. I had a lot of trouble finding a neutral but cute mat for the front door (inside) and this was perfect.
