Millcreek Rust Brown Hand-Tufted Wool Oriental Rug

So disappointed! Rug is beautiful, but it’s way more cream than rust, as the online picture depicts. I have purchased and returned 4 rugs to different companies, and thought this -finally- was the one. The color and quality looked perfect online. I even checked with the online customer service chat to confirm the rug color. In addition, the rug is shorter than the description indicates. The pad I have is 5x7, but is longer than the rug. Ugh!!

This is a beautiful rug--everything we'd hoped for!

The pictures on the Birch Lane site are grossly misleading and do not represent the actual look of this rug, which is predominantly ivory and pink--not rust colored. I am returning this rug and resent having to pay over $70 to return a product that is clearly misrepresented here. Shame on you, Birch Lane.

I love the colors and texture if this rug. It has a nice springy feel underfoot, almost gives your feet a massage when you are barefoot. I had originally planned to put this runner in the entry way to my house but decided it looked better in my kitchen because if the rust colors and texture. It is a hand tufted rug so has a higher pile than the oriental rugs in my living room, which is why I thought it would work better in the kitchen. My grand pup loves it, too—very comfy!

Beautiful in my small living room. Definitely more red than brown. Really brightens the space and is just the right tone of soft mottled warm red. And it feels wonderful underfoot. I’ve been looking forever for the right rug in this room and this is a winner!
