Lynnette Gray/Beige Rug

Yes it does has a shine. I just knapped the other direction. Love it!

The pattern is wonderful and the color is scheme is perfect for a neutral space. The only problem is the ridiculous amount of super shiny and over-the-top silver threads that run through this. With the right lighting, it looks fine. But if there is any and I do mean ANY light shining directly on it- the whole thing looks like it is practically glowing. So much so that it overshadows the gorgeous pattern. If this were a slight shimmer, I would be fine with it. But it’s not. 3 stars because the pattern, quality, texture, and pile are great. Lost 2 stars because the shiny silver threads are way too much and not shown in the pictures on their website. Consumers need a heads up when something changes the look that much. *Photos were taken of the rug in 4 different light settings/conditions.

I am completely thrilled with the colors in the rug and the quality of the rug. Because of the size of the rug, 9 x 13, the shipping took a little longer than normal. This rug was worth the wait. The pictures 9f the rug online were pretty, but the rug in real life is better. This rug is the perfect neutral. Our colors are ivory and gray, and the rug has a warmer color in the background to soften the gray. All in all, we are very pleased.

The rug is of nice quality and has a good feel to it, but the sheen on it is bad. It makes the rug look whitish and cheap. It looks nothing like the pictures or what we thought we were getting. Super disappointed in it. We wanted it for our living room but can't stand it there so will move it to our bedroom and try there. It is too bad because it is a good rug just does not look like the pictures. So if you want a shiny rug, the is the rug for you!
