Bought two rugs from Birch Lane, picked one, returned the other. The $169 rug had a $160 return fee. Prettty sneaky way of say, yes, we offer returns, but not really.

It's pretty and looks as pictured, but it's very, very rough. Feels like an outdoor rug. I ended up returning it.

This is an absolutely beautiful rug. Purchased the runner for the kitchen. It is heavy enough to lay flat after just a day or two. High quality. Neutral. Just buy it!

Looks as pictured but came with a dark patch stain which Customer Service helped with. Not sure how long it will last but ive been eying this rug for quite some time. Had to clip a few odd long white pieces in the pattern… but hoping it just wears well
