I ordered this rug for our nursery and birch lane sent a COMPLETELY different rug. I realize it today and try to go through the refund process. I have to pay to repackage the item (you have to cut the plastic wrap off a rug in order to open it obviously) and then I have to drive to a fed ex and ship the rug. Maybe wouldn’t be the biggest deal if I wasn’t 8+ months pregnant and when I attempted to re-order the rug (hoping that THIS time I would be sent the rug that I ordered) it was sold out.

Quality is extremely nice, colors are accurate, and packaging was durable. Rug did come with a mild vinegar smell, but the smell faded in a couple of days.
