The runner was delivered much earlier than expected as it was supposed to be on back order until late February. It is much thicker than I anticipated so it’s very cushioned which I appreciate. I have not experienced the shedding others mentioned on the reviews. I’ve had it down for about a week now. One was damaged during delivery but the return was seamless with an uploaded photo and they issued my refund no questions asked.
