This rug is so beautiful. Very heavy and great quality. It came very well wrapped and in perfect condition. I would say the color is not quite charcoal but a very dark gray with a slight denim blue tone. Plush and soft for a 100 wool rug. I have only had it a few days but zero shedding and zero odor like some new rugs can have. Extremely happy with my purchase!
update: I have had this rug for over 5 years and aside from having to trim up a few loops from time to time, the carpet is still looking amazing!
