The quality of the rug is great. The customer service of this company is terrible. The price literally changed overnight and they were unable to offer me any reimbursement for the change. They did offer a 10% off my next purchase or the option to return my product and buy it at a lower price but with an 8 x 10 rug that’s nearly impossible.

Great rug….several shades of green in rug allows it to blend well with most lighter greens. Well made and soft…There was a temporary issue though for which a card was enclosed explaining….it had a strong oder which took about a week and a half to dissipate. Was strongest on the under side of the rug.
