True to color, very soft and cushy. Minor pilling and shedding, but nothing that isn't manageable with standard vacuuming. Was a bit musty smelling when I opened it, however, the smell is gone now.

Great for the price. Dog hair is hard to vacuum off. I wish it was flippable but it is not. So far have had it for probably 2 years now and still in good shape considering I have 2 cats, a dog and 2 young boys.

I like the quality and the look of this rug. It feels great under the feet, and the look is very contemporary.
