Gorgeous, thick, soft. It does have a strong smell that goes away within a day, and it does pull a little yellow in certain lighting. When you vacuum this rug, prepare to empty your bin because it sheds like crazy but only when vacuumed - it doesn’t leave wool bits on clothing or socks.

I love the rug. It is thick and well-made unfortunately it came with a stain. How does a brand new rug have a stain on it It is way too heavy to pack up and ship back so I will try and remove the stain myself. The rug was on sale and perhaps that is why.
