Two things- slightly bluegray undertone, not as warm neutral as pictured. It is also NOT the dimensions advertised which was my biggest letdown. The 9x12 is more like 8.5x11 which makes a big difference if you measured for a large room. I ultimately ended up liking it in my space... but this is a very thin and textured “natural fiber” feel, NOT fluffysmooth, so I can honestly see some people returning this.

Very nice quality rug, but the color is definitely not gray/beige as described. It’s more of a light green, like other reviewers have commented.
