Chadwick Light Gray Sand Hand-Tufted Wool Rug

If you want a rug that lasts, look for a style with plenty of versatility. Made of 100 percent wool and is hand-tufted. Layered or on their own, they add a lovely touch of color to a room and will last longer than trendy patterns or styles.

As already stated, the rug is fine, after a short time of use. Comfortable underfoot, easy to vacuum, looks as expected. The new rug smell was really very strong and still remains after a few weeks, finally getting better, but not gone. Sue. MA. Mon Sep 14 2026

Bring classic style to your bedroom or home office with this understated area rug. It’s handmade from variegated gray/sand wool, which stands up to regular use, so it's great for homes with kids or pets. With a .25" high pile height, this rug is cozy underfoot. To care for it, spot clean with a dry cloth, or have it professionally cleaned. For extra cushioning and to prevent this rug from slipping, we recommend adding a rug pad (sold separately) underneath.

This area rug lends a textural foundation and a modern, understated vibe to your space. It is handwoven from a blend of wool and cotton in a soft, light gray that complements most design schemes. Given the pile height of 0.375”, it has ample cushioning and is soft underfoot – making it best suited for low-traffic areas like your bedroom or office. We recommend vacuuming with no beater bar for optimal results. Roll this rug out over a pad to prevent shifting and keep it in place.
