What Customers are Saying

Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance, high quality, and excellent value, noting its thickness and plush feel. The colors are generally well-received, though some found them more muted than pictured. While many appreciate the quality for the price, a common concern is significant shedding, requiring frequent vacuuming.

While I do like the look of this rug, the quality is sub-par. The rug has a sour smell to it, which has not dissipated over the last three months. The quality of the fibers, I don't know how to describe it,...when vacuuming the Shark Navigator fills up with fuzz with only half the rug vacuumed. This issue continues to date. I would not order again, and would return it, but we waited for a wood floor installation, andmissed the cut-off.
