I bought three different Alice rugs and am happy with the collection. This particular rug has a cream background with a slightly taupe cast, which works well with the soft blues and greens. This is my favorite rug of the three Alice rugs I purchased. Colors are muted, and busy enough to work in the kitchen as a runner in front of the sink. While a part of me is nervous that it might be too light for such a busy work space, my hope is that the wool will stand up to the challenge, as most wool rugs do.
