the product description was accurate and the rug is of top quality. Delivery arrangements and customer service follow up sucked. It took over five weeks for delivery when originally I was told it would be 5 days!

Beautiful wool area rug. It’s just what I had hoped for. It is a cool gray color and plush under the feet. It does shed since it is wool, but I have other wool rugs so I am used to it.

Beautiful rug. Pattern adds good character to the room without being too flashy. Only downside is it takes weeks of vacuuming before all the extra fibers come out.
