Rug is kind of scratchy. The design is very high contrast and overly hexagonal if that makes sense. Not my favorite after seeing it up close in person.

The carpet is less then 20 days old and is pilling and shedding. It is under the dining room table and receives very little traffic. It is clearly defective. I have contacted Birchlane 3 times and have yet to get a call back. Today in "chat" I was told it is outside of the window. Really? There isn't a number to call and it gets very frustrating to have the unknown customer service agents telling you they are sorry but cannot help.I will take this up with my credit card company. They answer the phone and they will help!

Beautiful! Colors accurate… cream with mainly rust flowers, and accent flowers in soft grey and blue. High quality and soft.

The design and size was perfect, although I was expecting it to be softer. The orange is more muted and the blue more bright than in the picture but it worked out since I needed to tie in the blue from our table.

The colors are beautiful and what I expected. I also love that because it’s wool there’s no chemical smell. I’m very happy with my new rug!
