The carpet is less then 20 days old and is pilling and shedding. It is under the dining room table and receives very little traffic. It is clearly defective. I have contacted Birchlane 3 times and have yet to get a call back. Today in "chat" I was told it is outside of the window. Really? There isn't a number to call and it gets very frustrating to have the unknown customer service agents telling you they are sorry but cannot help.I will take this up with my credit card company. They answer the phone and they will help!
