Aaron Hand Tufted Wool Terracotta/Orange/Dusty Sage Rug

Firstly- should state that birch lane has handled my return beautifully and this in no way reflects on the company. BEWARE this rug is BROWN. It is not remotely orange as is in the name and as it appears in the picture. Other than that, it's beautiful- just not what you see here online.

The rug itself appears to be a very nice quality. The rug has been unrolled for a day and has a good deal of warping throughout - not just curled edges - and I hope these will smooth out. My biggest disappointment is with the color not being what is on the website. I have looked at it on several different computer screens and on a phone, and in all cases the background looks like a salmon color. The true background color, however, is much duller and there is nothing in it that I'd call orange (as in the title of the rug). It's a washed out shade of brown with a reddish cast. I think the photo colors must have been enhanced. After having this taken up several flights of stairs and unpackaging it, and not having the mobility to repackage and send it back, I'm reluctantly keeping it. It's not at all what I expected based on the photos or color description, and therefore doesn't complement the furniture colors as expected. In another room with different colors, it would be fine. That's what I get for buying a rug online, I suppose.

Love this rug. It is plush and looks beautiful on my floor. Feels good while I’m dressing in my bathroom.

No problem returning the one that was the wrong size. Great pick up and delivery service. The colors in the high quality rug pulled my whole room together.
