I like the look and comfort of the chairs. It was definitely easy to assemble with the limited number of pieces. The reason for three stars is my concern about the quality of wood and the potential longevity of use. One side of a chair has a divot on the armrest.and the wood has split. Hopefully, I can have this replaced as it is in a high touch place of the chair and it is already splintering. Update I am pleased with customer service’s response.. Lesley. Caldwell, NJ. These swivel rocking chairs are very comfortable; the cushions (Sunbrella) are thicker than normal and not too soft or firm. They swivel easily. The arms on it are perfect height; the metal base is sturdy and yet easy to move. Took away one star because the seat cushion is quite deep. Unfortunately the quality control went down with this style. We were sent the wrong colored ropes on the side of the chair and was sharpie marker marking the sides. Getting a resolution for spare parts to then have to reassemble took forever. With no compensation for my time. The quality of the product is really nice. Just a chance you take on what he condition of the chair. Autumn. Tue Sep 01 2026

Long considered the most comfortable chair in the Winston lineup, this classic features an open-air frame, soft curves, durability, and an inviting silhouette that easily fits in various outdoor spaces and contributes to its enduring popularity.

WOW! I'd describe this as the "Cadillac" of patio chairs! The white glove delivery was on-par! Quick assembly too! Thanks Wayfair! Although, it's a bit pricey, I'm willing to invest in a comfortable chair that can endure tropical weather for many years to come. I want to take proper care of it but, the manufacturer's warranty and instructions for care is non-specific. The powder coated metal frame is attractive and appears durable. The chair's rocker performance allows for slight but, adequate rocking for both relaxation as well as promoting circulation. The 360 swivel allows me to turn the chair effortlessly, change my view and avoid wrenching my spine and craning my neck. The metal armrests are sloped and comfortably support both my arms and hands. The zippered cushion for the backrest contains a poly-fill in lieu of foam. The fill is not encased. However, my cervical and lumbar regions feel very well supported whether I chose to sit upright or slouch. Thus far, the seat cushion appears to remains supportive and adequately rebound after prolonged sitting. I'm 5'6" and my husband is 6'2". We both agree that the height of the chair (17" seat to floor) is an ideal height for planting your feet firmly on the floor, rocking, and swiveling. Although, I can not attest as to the lifespan of my new "Cadillac chair," I can attest that I'm loving the test drive!!!. Simonne. New Orleans, LA. Mon Aug 26 2024
