The fabric is great! The batting is pretty good. I can add to the batting as needed as they are nicely zippered. The wrinkles bring my rating down a star. Overall, good price for sunbrella replacement cushions.. Patty. OR. Wed Aug 19 2026

The covers of each cushion unzip and are removable for hassle-free upkeep, and they're safe to run through the washing machine on a gentle cycle. Note: The seat and the back cushion are not connected.

These are wonderful. They feel like normal fabric, not the cheap polyester feel of many outdoor cushions. They’re true to their description- a crisp white with soft bluegray toned flowers with a deep ochregold stem. The linen texture is they take some time to fluff up after opening - give it a eeek or so. They’re very soft and not a ton of padding so you’ll want to use it on the right kind of chair. I love them and highly recommend. It’s very high quality. amazing. So soft and the cushion is very comfortable.. Taral. Eureka, IL. Sun Jun 21 2026

Very nice, attractive and comfortable... What I expected and worth the price. Only complaint is packaging for shipping... All were tightly wrapped together...good except in transit, some areas had opened. The cushions weren't damaged but they could have been.. Anonymous. Sun May 31 2026

The first set I got they sent the wrong size bottom cushions. Customer service was great. They sent out the correct size before they even got the incorrect ones back. I don't have a problem with mistakes, we all make them. I have a problem if they don't handle them properly. Birch Lane handled it perfectly!!! Great job on the customer service side!! And I love my cushions.. Lisa. Crossville, TN. Thu May 14 2026

These cushions are super comfortable! The fabric is soft, yet durable. I have never had this issue before, but these cushions are absolutely way too big for any standard patio furniture set.
