Assembly was straightforward, though it’s definitely easier with two people and a spacious work area. I used my large workbench and, with the help of my son, we worked from top to bottom without issue. Since the lounges are still new, I can’t yet speak to their durability in harsh weather. Love them! I bought three. Price is high, but I wanted something that would last for years. I knew the Polywood brand would be the way to go. Well worth it. EDIT: After having them for two years, they have all started to split where the screws attach. One split after the first year. We have had to add screws and a glue to attach the polywood back together. Hoping this works, but not worth the money.
