This distressed kettle-shaped pot planter brings traditional character to any indoor space in your living room or entryway while housing your favorite plants. It's made from sturdy cement that's sure to stand up to the occasional scratch or "oops" moment. And measuring just under 6" wide and 4.75" tall, this cement plant holder has just enough room for your favorite succulent or flowers.

Designed by master potter, Peter Wakefield, these pots are sturdy terra cotta, the hand has thrown on the potter's wheel, one at a time. After firing, each is finished by hand, using a range of faux finish techniques that are not possible with ceramic glazes. The finishes are designed to accentuate the form of the pot and to compliment the natural beauty of your planting.
Beautiful pots. A little pricy but better than all the also-rans and garbage you find at the big box home center stores. Rather build slow with quality than fast with junk you will throw away in a year. Glad to add these to my garden!. James. Glen Rock, NJ. 2023-06-24 18:44:14

This 12"-wide pot planter has a classic oval shape and charming bird adornment that's sure to spark conversations in your garden. Topped with an antique patina finish, it has the kind of distressed details that remind us of a flea-market find. And the cast stone construction means this planter is weather-resistant and made to live outdoors, so it stands up to UV rays beaming down and rainstorms rolling through.
I like this planter but I wish the picture better captured the size— Even with the dimensions listed, its much smaller than anticipated!. Anonymous. STRATHAM, NH. 2021-03-20 18:34:04

These three pot planters are a delightful addition to your indoor or outdoor space, offering a traditional touch to your garden or patio. Crafted from a lightweight and weather-resistant fiberclay material, they resemble terracotta pots while being easy to move around as you redecorate. Each planter varies in size, providing ample room for a small tree or your favorite herbs. With built-in drainage holes, your plants will thrive and stay healthy. To maintain their appearance, simply wipe them clean with a dry cloth. Enjoy the charm and versatility these planters bring to your home.

Fibreclay has the look and feels like substantial outdoor pots. However, each piece of Fibreclay is made using an innovative, lightweight manufacturing process.
I had a problem with the initial delivery of two of these gorgeous planters, but the incredibly gracious and efficient customer service more than resolved the issue, and I am so pleased to have sprung for these aesthetically interesting planters that have the look of the best lead/zinc British planters without the weight and expense. I have experience of planters at both ends of the spectrum, aesthetically and price-wise, and I can say that these certainly exceed my expectations for frost-hardy planters with a timeless elegance. The practical considerations of growing small trees, perennials, and some edibles on a windy Manhattan terrace not far from the park - home to elusive hummingbirds I still like to think might be drawn to the right plants in the right container - oh, well, perhaps the birds aren't nearly so picky about the planters they land on as I am, but you get the idea. These are the planters I wanted but couldn't afford the weight of - and shipping costs from England - so while these aren't as light as the plastic versions that don't have the heft in any useful regard, they are wonderful and have a solid presence that is unpretentious and just perfect for my needs. I may tone down the grey of one of the planters to bring it into a darker mode, but that's easily done and I think all gardeners would would find these a neutral but elegant way to grow their gardens..
