The chairs look exactly like the photo and feel very sturdy and solid. The wood is a little rough and scratchy in some places, but it just needs to be oiled. Unfortunately one of the two chairs arrived with the back support snapped off making it unusable. Based on the reviews this seems common though I'm not sure if it's because of poor quality materials or rough handling at the warehouse.
