Polywood is great lumber to use for these bar chairs used outside. Only thing is they should have a curved back not a straight back so more comfy. Much taller than I anticipated. I almost have to get a running start to jump on the stool. It is very sturdy and solid. It arrived in one piece so the only assembly required was unboxing.
