Assembly was easy. Read the directions and pay attention to how the legs are labeled and the holes will time up. The chairs benefited from Golden Care Teak Protector and Teak Shield being applied to be more weather resistant. The cushions are thin, roughly 1.5", but decently comfortable. The cushions were color fast when applying 303 Marine Fabric Guard. The seat length is once piece and sturdy but the cross members creak when I, 190 lb male, or my wife, 120 lb female sit on them.. The lounge itself is beautiful, but if I didn’t have a handy husband to correct the predrilled holes the lounge simply would not have went together.
