The first set I got they sent the wrong size bottom cushions. Customer service was great. They sent out the correct size before they even got the incorrect ones back. Called Wayfair to get an update on the delivery delay and they could not provide a reason for delay or update on when the cushions (I ordered 4 sets) would be delivered or a discount on the order for the trouble.. I love the cushions! They are beautiful! Unfortunately they are 2” bigger than the specs state. They are suppose to be 27” x 27” and They are actually 29” x 27”. I purchase 4 other seat cushions and pillows and they are all correct accept the love seat cushions.
