About what you'd expect of a large, properly weighted heavy-duty patio umbrella. Installation was relatively easy, but the illustrations were missing a few key details, such as the proper alignment of the umbrella mount and installation of the umbrella fabric top. The finished product is pretty easy to operate, and the enclosed cover (with nifty folding pole to extend your reach) can be installed and removed easily. The wheels work great on a perfectly level, solid patio surface but would not be suitable on turf or uneven pavers or stones. Despite the generally high quality of the build, the umbrella does have a couple very cheap plastic covers that for the base and bottom of the post. These plastic covers are prone to scratches and dings, and I don't expect them to last. Don't forget to have four 50-lb bags of gravel or pebbles on hand BEFORE DELIVERY.
