He’d screws are too soft a metal and easily strip all of the throw pillow for the loveseat and two chairs came with marks on them. The red ink from the plastic bags melted in the summer heat and transferred to every pillow. The first time I ordered two replacement pillows, you sent me one new chair, which did not help: (a) I didn’t need another chair and (b) it’s singular pillow also had marks on it.
