What Customers are Saying

Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance, high quality, and sturdy construction. Many reviewers note its durability and elegant design, with some highlighting its substantial weight and ability to withstand the elements. However, some customers feel the product is a bit pricey and that the value is diminished by the need for additional purchases, such as a separate pole for mounting.

The base of the mailbox is impossible to mount on many posts. The website prominently says its returnable except personalized items. The only personalization is on separate plates but they refuse to allow return on the standard mailbox too.

the box was in and of itself a quality item - but it wasn't clearly listed as needing a separate purchase for an attaching pole, which required an additional purchase. That purchase didn't have sufficient pieces to anchor it in the ground. That cost made this rather an expensive purchase.
