Balmoral Post Mounted Mailbox

Beautifully crafted and perfectly packaged. Assembly requires some work, as expected, but the instructions were helpful.

This mailbox is worth every penny. It’s so classy, elegant and makes such a huge difference in the curb appeal of our home. I will say that I was very disappointed to learn that the base for this item was sold separately. In addition, when I went online to purchase the base, it was not available. Because this is a custom item it cannot be returned. I wish I knew this information upfront. I chatted with customer service and they couldn’t offer anything toward this order which was disappointing given the fact we spent $600 on this mailbox. It is a great product and would’ve gave 5 stars if the base was available for purchase or atleast this information was better communicated upfront prior to purchase

Do not order this mailbox! The mailbox did not come with assembly instructions. The assembly was extremely complicated. The screws that were provided were impossible to attach. We ended up having to super glue the address to the side of the mailbox as it was impossible to drill holes into this material. We expected so much more from this company. This was not worth the price in the slightest. If you want an extremely difficult project and an overpriced mailbox, then you should purchase this product. If not, look elsewhere.

This mailbox is absolutely stunning! Never thought a mailbox could bring such joy, but it does. The quality and craftsmanship is exceptional.

Beautiful & Heavy Duty! Much more affordable than others I was looking at. My only complaint is how much effort it took to put together and install. Why can’t the holes be pre drilled? Also, mine did not come with the piece that goes at the bottom of the post. Not sure if this is an add on item or it was left out of my box.

Love the mailbox - unfortunately, the address printed on the plaques is incorrect and I am having a hard time with customer service correcting this error even though I have a screenshot with the correct address listed and me asking virtual assistant to confirm that the correct address would be printed on the plaques! Very frustrated:(

The mailbox is great, but I stupidly ordered the wrong initial for the door‍♀️ Very disappointed that I couldn’t just buy the correct initial individually.

Most beautiful mailbox I’ve ever had! I also now notice many other people in my town have the same one. We absolutely love it, fits so much which is nice for packages so our mailman doesn’t have to drive up our long driveway!!
