Shiloh 3 Tier Ceramic Fountain - Elegance, No Lights

Arrived on time with nothing broken, missing, or damaged. We bought it despite thinking the color was more teal, so we were happy that the color is in the blue family with maybe black or dark gray undertones. My husband had no difficulty assembling it. Somehow I thought I had a solar one, and it’s not. But we are very happy to have bought our fountain after 10 years of stalking sales and talking about it. We just live the sound and the many trickling spouts. Hoping the cat does not want to drunk out of it and knock it over!

We bought a Ceramic Shiloh Fountain, and the first week of February 2023, a storm came, and the fountain fell and broke into pieces. I was heartbroken because I loved this fountain. I contacted Wayfair, and they gave me the company name to contact because they could not do anything about it. I contacted the company, and they also denied that they could do anything about it.

My new fountain is gorgeous! It was very easy to assemble. I would highly recommend this product.

Hit or miss , water constantly would dry up.regardless of seasons.

Gorgeous! There are a few small areas in the bowl that is missing the glaze. It’s not chipped but perhaps missed in the glazing process. Hopefully it doesn’t impact!

Lasted about two years and then cracked in several places.

Excellent value for an outdoor ceramic fountain. Sets up easy and has been trouble free.

Good looking fountain, after using for few months, it developed cracks in winter, Wayfair replaced it with new one (excellent customer service)...go for stone made fountains.

very nice..just darker than the photos...more bronze/dark grey colour than blue...to avoid spilling around is enough not to fill with water ...
