Beautiful color and quality material. Very comfortable.

I was so excited when I purchased these cushions. They looked so elevated. Unfortunately they are extremely poor quality. Within two months of owning them, the seams were ripping. Birch Lane offered to replace one of the cushions.; however, now after a year of owning them and running into additional quality issues, Birch Lane says they will not send a replacement since it's outside of their 30 day coverage window. Even with proper storage during the winter months, the cushions again ripped and the zipper completely fell off with no ability to put it back on. The total use of these cushions was maybe 5-6months total since I purchased them early fall last year. Outdoor cushions that are this expensive should last far longer than this. When you remove the covers for cleaning you can see how poorly made these are, there are loose threads everywhere. I would NOT purchase these again, especially with this price point. You can absolutely find higher quality at this price.

Received my order of 2 Sunbrella lounge cushions ($718.65) on May 22nd. Both cushions appeared to be factory 2nd’s. One cushion had the tie downs sewn to piping on top of the cushion instead of underneath. The other cushion had threads everywhere along the piping and piping was unfinished. I requested return instructions and was told I would receive an email with instructions and a barcode for FedX. after our conversation. After the conversation I rec’d and email with no bar code. 2nd call to Birchlane/Mayfair I was told the would send labels and I should pack two cushions at my expense and drop the cushions to FedX myself. 3rd call to Birchlane/Mayfair I was told they would send labels in 24 hours. Three days later I received labels via email. I packed and shipped these items today 6/28. My replacements came today and are correct. HOWEVER I went back to the site today 6/28 and noticed a price drop to $532.00 for the same size and color cushions. I reached out to Birchlane today and received no call back or any reasonable accommodation. Beware of poor quality control from the 3rd party Sunbrella reseller Birchlane uses for this product and be prepared to jump thru a lot of hoops.
