I am very impressed with this product! I ordered this for a family member and they were delighted. The mailbox was heavy, solid and sturdy, and painted well. Numbers and initial are included in the box separate from the mailbox, which I prefer, as I can apply these after mounting the mailbox to avoid damaging them. Delivery was several days earlier than expected and package arrived from FedEx (even in icy weather) with no damage. Very happy with the purchase and would order this again!
