My new umbrella arrived right on time and I am totally pleased with it. The construction was nicely done and the Sunbrella fabric was beautiful and just the right color.

Deceptive business practice. Item title/name included a registered trademark (Sunbrella) but the umbrella fabric was not Sunbrella. The pattern was black and white stripes by the strips on adjacent panels were not the same width so the pattern/stripes could/did not line up with adjacent panels. The canopy was clearly defective. I sent photos. The chat agent said reviews were favorable so I was charged $38 to return the defective umbrella.

The umbrella is gorgeous, and the quality is amazing! We Couldn’t be happier with our purchase!
