Umbrella damages by WIND are also NOT covered by warranty. Ripped fabric, cracked or broken parts, and freight damage must be reported within 7 days from receipt of shipment.

Deceptive business practice. Item title/name included a registered trademark (Sunbrella) but the umbrella fabric was not Sunbrella. The pattern was black and white stripes by the strips on adjacent panels were not the same width so the pattern/stripes could/did not line up with adjacent panels. The canopy was clearly defective. I sent photos. The chat agent said reviews were favorable so I was charged $38 to return the defective umbrella.
