One item couldn't be assembled by "white glove" guys because there were no screws in the package. On another item, one part was warped and cracked. Replacement part appears to have been lost in shipping. Never again.

We love this set! Cushions are very firm and comfortable. It was easy to assemble. My only complaint is how difficult it is to get the covers back on if you need to wash them.
