Manford 108'' Outdoor Umbrella

Incredibly disappointed with my purchase. The color did not match the photos. It was a neon blue that reflected the brightest blue tint across my entire patio. Unfortunately customer service continued to disappoint. They will not let me return or exchange it for another color. Never been used and still in all original packaging. Make sure you look at tiny print at checkout. They say that's where they warned me but I'm not buying it. I never leave reviews but I had to share so others don't make same mistake. Do not buy unless you are willing to accept a color that doesn't live up to expectations. Disappointed - they lost a Wayfair/Birch Lane customer today.

Wasn’t exactly what I wanted, but it’s high quality and pretty.

I ordered 3 of these and received them in less than 2 weeks in perfect condition. They were replacements for umbrellas I had bought at another establishment for about 3 times the cost if these. So far, these umbrellas are superior in every way. The white is actually white, not ivory or natural. The material is lighter and repels water. The mechanism was the real problem with the previous ones, in that the strings ultimately shredded. They also were a challenge to keep from mildew as they stayed wet for much longer than my new ones. The mechanism on these umbrellas is manual but easy to work and will avoid the dreaded string shedding. That the pole comes in two pieces is really a blessing as it makes ghem easier to install and store. There is an internal screw that fixes the two halves together securely. We have had some strong winds recently and there were no mishaps. I’m very pleased with my purchase.
