We offer metal frames in both powder coated aluminum and wrought iron. To clean, wash with a mild soap and warm water solution using a soft cloth. Do not use a coarse brush or harsh cleansers, as they may damage the finish. Always rinse and dry thoroughly after cleaning. We recommend covering your outdoor furniture with outdoor covers (sold separately) when left outside during inclement weather, and when not in use. Ensure frames and cushions are dry when covered, store cushions separately. Especially in freezing environments, outdoor furniture should be free from water and covered in the winter or stored in a shed or garage. While drain holes are preventative, water can still gather in the frames, freeze, and cause the finish to crack and the frame to burst. Coastal areas are very harsh on all metals - salt must be cleaned from frames on a regular basis or the finish may oxidize, discolor and/or blister. Finally, to maintain or restore the luster of your powder-coated finish, after-market products are available to refresh UV repellency and water repellency – apply as needed., We use premium Sunbrella® (solution dyed acrylic fabric). It is recommended to clean the fabrics on a regular basis to prevent the build-up of dirt and the chance of mildew to form. Wipe light spills with a clean, dry cloth. With regards to stubborn stains or spills, please visit www.sunbrella.com for specific care and cleaning details. Cover your outdoor cushions with outdoor covers (sold separately) when left outside during inclement weather, and when not in use. Allow cushions to drain if wet. If soaked through, stand cushion on its side to allow faster draining. Ensure cushions are dry when covered, store cushions separately. Clean sling fabric using a mild soap and warm water solution and soft cloth.

What a nightmare! These chairs finally arrived - and are fine, not great - but if you are ordering these because they are in stock or have a reasonable delivery date, you should be aware that delivery dates are "suggestions." Five weeks after the initial delivery date, my chairs arrived, however, the matching loveseat has still not shipped. While it was in stock when I ordered, and while it appears to be in stock now online, it has changed in my order status to "backordered." I inquired regarding the late shipment of the chairs and was told they were going to be delivered at a later date, so that they could be shipped with the loveseat. Obviously, this was not the case. I have had no luck getting any information regarding my purchase other than a very unapologetic admonition that delivery dates are "suggested." I ordered on 3/1 for events on 3/31 and 4/13. As of this weekend, I will not have the set for either. BEWARE.
