Brimley 144'' Cantilever Outdoor Umbrella Without Base

The umbrella arrived and found out from delivery service that this purchase did not include a base. If I would have known that this crucial piece was not included, I probably would not have purchased it in the first place from Birch Lane. I gave this product 2 stars because Birch Lane could improve on communication, or the very least tried to up-sell me this piece during check out, but alas they don't sell this item.

Gorgeous high-quality, sturdy umbrella. Bought the base separately from Wayfair, excellent quality as well. It’s exactly what I was looking for, I highly recommend!

Beautiful umbrella! Love the wood look metal frame and double tiered canopy. Easy to put together and easy to operate. Filled the base with water. Only reason for four stars is I would like to reserve my final opinion until after having and using it for at least one full season here in the heat, wind and rain of South Carolina.

I’m providing this review based on delivery and quality of product. The umbrella looks stunning and immediately appreciated the fabric quality. I have not installed it but will be doing it soon.

I cannot comment on the product because the instructions says it needs the base. Despite the website saying that a base is included, this is not what was delivered. I have done a lot of researching and this was the reason I went with this one. Buyer beware - you need to purchase a base which can cost north of $300 and is not sold here. I cannot comment on quality as I cannot install it at the moment.
