This table is great! Sturdy and well made. Just what I was looking for. Incredible value!! I love it! Really for all my summer outdoor parties.

Delivery and setup was a breeze. Product seems to be solid and well built. My one small gripe would be that the manufacturer didn’t smooth down the narrow planks so if you run your hand along the table you will get poked with a sharp edge. After 5 months the top has seen some considerable wear just from being in the sun… we used it about 4 times this season and it is cracking, separating and splintering up.

After our delivery date was pushed back three times, our table arrived last Wednesday. Delivery team and assembly were excellent. It rained overnight on Wednesday, and on Thursday morning we came outside to find the wood table had bled all over our brand new concrete patio (poured less than 30 days ago). After spending a couple of hours trying to power wash it and clean it out, we called Wayfair / Birch Lane. We provided a photo and explanation of what happened and were transferred to the manufacturer (International Home Miami). The manufacturer advised that it is completely normal for the table to bleed after the first rainfall. We asked why there is no mention of this on the product description or assembly instructions, but have yet to receive a reply. The manufacturer also said there would be no additional issues after the first rainfall, but we have noticed additional stains after moving it off our concrete and onto the grass (placed old towels underneath to track progress). After trying a few different cleaning solutions, we were able to get the stains out with a mix of water and bleach, which was a relief. But unfortunately this comes with some risk to the concrete sealant and color/durability of the concrete long-term. We were fortunate to have the time to work on this and come up with a solution, but understand many people may not and/or be physically able to move the table around and apply/brush different products onto the stain. As of this review, we've yet to hear back from Wayfair / Birch Lane or the manufacturer with how they plan to remedy the situation and assure this doesn't happen to other consumers.
