Kratzer Teak Outdoor Rocking Chair

Love it. Perfect for rocking my grandson

I like the look and comfort of the chairs. It was definitely easy to assemble with the limited number of pieces. The reason for three stars is my concern about the quality of wood and the potential longevity of use. One side of a chair has a divot on the armrest.and the wood has split. Hopefully, I can have this replaced as it is in a high touch place of the chair and it is already splintering. Update I am pleased with customer service’s response.

It is a beautiful rocking chair. When it is first came one side wasn't put together properly, so it didn't fit into the rocking part. Customer support shipped another chair, and we were able to put it together, and ship back the one that didn't work. Customer service was quick and helpful and cost us no additional money. They chair is now put together and looks great.

Excellent rockers. Very sturdy and well made. Easily assembled just by myself. Generous size and very comfortable. Look great on our patio.

A beautiful rocker, a little bigger than I imagined, but I’m glad to keep it. The teak chair parts are substantial; it’s easy to see this is an heirloom piece that will last generations. Assembly was easy. The Lok-tite on the brass hardware is a nice touch. I highly recommend a purchase.
