12.3' Cantilever Sunbrella® Umbrella

This is a stunning umbrella with great coverage. I got it in the navy color and it’s fantastic.

Horrible experience. Every picture depicts the stand. The diagram depicts the stand. There is no stand. In the section of ‘additional products to consider’ there is NO mention of the stand. When speaking to customer service, they tried to sell me the wrong stand. There is no stand available and service said I would have to pay $140 to return this now unusable umbrella. A complete mess.

Picture and drawing clearly shows umbrella with a stand, but it arrives without stand. More than that: there is a link before check out offering additional products - but there is no mention or link for the base whatsoever. More than that: mentioned in fine print "Compatible Bacara base" does not exist in Joss&Main list of products!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????????? More than that: When I reached Customer Service, I was told that comparable "most likely comparable" as per customer service is out of stock, and only god knows, when it is going to be available. This over 100 lb umbrella has very special hardware and is not comparable with regular stands. Imaging leasing the car online, and when it arrives, there is no wheels - not included. That is what Joss&Main did to me - knowingly sold me unusable piece of garbage for more than $ 1100, made me wait for it for almost a month, ruined my summer, and ......... More than that: they want to charge return fee of $482.21!!!!!!! I truly believe they must compensate me for ruined summer!!!!

Sturdy and beautiful- what we were looking for!

There was no base in our umbrella box. We reported it and have not heard back yet about getting a replacement base. We can’t use the umbrella without the base.
