Kind of flimsy

I ordered two sets- four chairs. I only received two chairs (one order). There is a "Orange" hue to the color and THEY ARE NOT good quality chairs. I will return this product- even though I have to pay for shipment. It is such a disappointment. I have not been able to get through to Birch Lane for over an hour and a half (on hold this whole time). This is my second order in the past 5 weeks. I was looking forward to ordering more. Sadly, the customer service is non - existent for two solid days. Save your money for the better quality chairs. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE for your home....

Did not get parts after requesting twice

Great chairs and assembly was super easy. I’ve always been a bit uneasy ordering furniture online because I like to see it first, but these were perfect and zero surprises. Very Happy !
