Hartlepool Round Fire Pit

Exactly what I thought it would be, Delivery was excellent.

Arrived damaged. The finish is off all around the rim. It is too expensive to accept that. Otherwise it is a beautiful piece and fit the space perfectly

Delivered scratched. Return process is a nightmare since it is a heavy freight shipment. Not resolved as of the time of this review. Seems like this has happened before.

After some waiting on the item it finally arrived today. I ordered the 48in pit and I’m glad I did as it’s actually not as big as expected - at least for where I put it. Here’s the downside: while the pit seemed to be wrapped well on the pallet it came on it has 3 very long scratches that go through the coat. The weld on the stand is very noticeable as it was not coated over it. The metal brand tag that’s bolted to the stand is not straight (which is not a big deal, but how hard is it to pay that little extra attention to a pit in that price range?) Overall I like the appearance, but the damages and let’s say lack of quality control is disappointing when spending that amount of money.

Great quality, well constructed made in the USA. It is heavy, thick, very well made. Highly recommend this fire pit.

We love our new wood burning fire pit. It’s gorgeous, it’s heavy, it’s well made. Since it was delivered, the weather hasn’t been nice enough to enjoy a fire yet but will be soon. Can’t wait to get our patio furniture out and start relaxing by the fire. We are also impressed that the fire pit is made in USA and we received a hand written thank you note from the company owner. Very good experience, highly recommend.
