Gazel 63'' Teak Outdoor Loveseat

I ordered an outdoor loveseat during a promotion that included free set-up delivery. It took several weeks to received the item. The delivery team arrived on time and went about assembling the loveseat in our outdoor area. They knocked on the door when they were finished and asked me to sign the paperwork confirming delivery. When they left, I noticed that there were small pieces of styrofoam all over the patio and into the yard. I had to spend some time cleaning it up. Then, I got to taking a look at the loveseat and noticed there was significant damage to it. It had a large splinter in the wood on the back frame of the loveseat and the right arm was cracked in two places where the wood seams meet. I immediately tried to submit a problem ticket online, but the shipping company did not report the loveseat was delivered until the end of the next day. So, I could not submit my ticket until I returned home from a trip several days later. Now I have a broken loveseat sitting on my patio.

Ordered 2 of these outdoor loveseats. The cushions are thick and comfortable. The frame is solid wood. I spotted a flaw in one of the loveseats after they were delivered and set up by the delivery team, but Wayfair was very responsive and resolved the matter expediently. We are very satisfied.

Amazing quality as well as it looks amazing. Could be too low for some folks but other than that, a great piece of furniture.

Very well built! The main cushion arrived with a few stains on it (inside the protective plastic). Customer service issued a partial refund. I was also offered a replacement but I would have to worry about sending the original one back first, and finding a box of this size wasn’t going to be easy. I was able to clean the stains off mostly, so all is well I suppose.

Great
