These unique qualities make our furniture so popular with the end user. To highlight the materials used in our reclaimed pieces, many of them are left unfinished. It is essential that coasters and placemats are used. Customers should be aware that over time the tone of the woods may change, and a unique patina may develop. We build our pieces to withstand normal moisture levels but, as our items are mainly built from solid wood, we cannot be responsible for issues created by extremely high or low levels of humidity. If you are in either desert or mountainous regions and have experienced such problems with furniture of this nature, we suggest selecting other items in our collection as we will not be accepting returns from these areas. This warranty does not cover payment of shipping costs to and from Dovetail. This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of invoice. In the event of a defect, malfunction, or failure to conform to this warranty, Dovetail guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction, or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. The warranty applies under conditions of normal residential use and does not apply to damage caused as a result of negligence or misuse. This includes improper cleaning, exposure to chemicals and foreign substances, liquids, accidents, or for any use which the product was not intended. Alterations of any type to the product by the consumer will nullify the warranty entirely. Transportation and delivery damage are excluded

Looks good, holes didnt line up when assembling and had to really hammer it in and the wood splintered. Discoloration on one of the sides - looks like as they applied the stain had lots of drip marks down the side of the chaise.

I watched this item for almost a year and I am really glad I took the plunge. It is a beauty. The dimensions are good for my 6 foot tall hubby too. On my chaise, the drinks tray is a bit hard to pull out but it can be sanded to help it move . It’s not a great big issue. But wanted to mention.. The 78 in mattress works well with this chair. However I am going to choose a different color.

The wood is beautiful but the self assembly of tapping the dowels cause the wood to crack. Mostly because of the misalignment of the holes by the manufacturer.
