Donnie 39'' Outdoor Acacia Chaise Lounge (Set of 2)

The lounge chairs were exactly as pictured. We are very pleased with this purchase. Do expect to invest time for assembly. The instructions said 30 minutes, but I did it on my own in about an hour and a half. The other three will be faster now that I know what to expect. We will absolutely purchase from Birch Lane again.

I have not had a chance to put them together and use them yet. I do have a review on the experience. Disappointed that the company does not participate in rate improvement. The price was lower by $50 for each chair before I even received the chairs. I contacted customer service and was told they do not price match at all. Your customers should feel confident when purchasing that they’re getting it at a competitive price and should there be a price decrease within 10 days or 15 days your company should happily refund the difference. This is my first purchasing experience from Birch Lane. I will say that I will pause before any future purchases.

Amazing quality product!!!

Love the look of the chairs, they were easy to assemble and the cushion is comfortable. However, a year later the stain on the wood has completely peeled and worn off and I will need to sand and re-stain.

The chairs look great. The cushions had a strap on the bottom to hold in place, but they slide around on the slats of the frame. Hopefully Velcro does the trick to secure them.

Beautiful loungers. Great size. We did clear coat them when received from reading the other reviews and they’ve already been rained on a few times and they are not fading!

If your looking for luxury and resort quality - these should be in your shopping cart! Thick cushions, wide enough for your arms to be at your side comfortably. Stunning addition to our poolside oasis!
